L&rsquo;objectif principal est de d\u00e9crire de mani\u00e8re concomitante la propagation des ondes acoustiques et l&rsquo;\u00e9coulement de l&rsquo;air en interaction avec les tissus et les muscles des voies a\u00e9riennes. Cette th\u00e8se combine des hypoth\u00e8ses, des approches et des outils issus de la m\u00e9canique des fluides et de la thermodynamique pour produire un mod\u00e8le non lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 constantes localis\u00e9es. Ce mod\u00e8le prend en compte la propagation acoustique, la pr\u00e9sence de d\u00e9rivations (pour la cavit\u00e9 nasale par exemple) et les mouvements dus aux ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes articulatoires.
